Dr. Ajayi Olubukola graduated from the Department of Psychology in 2000 with Second degree upper division, after his mandatory  National Youth Service Corps he proceeded to the premiere University of Ibadan, where he obtained Masters of Science (Clinical Option ) in 2004, he has worked in various organizations including Econet wireless communication Nigeria Limited, he was the Head Clinical Psychological Services Federal Neuro- Psychiatric Hospital  Barnawa Kaduna between 2008-2012 before he joined the service of Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti, Ekiti Stae as an Assistant Lecturer, he has attended various workshops, seminars and conferences. He obtained his PhD. In Clinical Psychology with concentration on Psycho-social factors predicting health seeking behaviour pattern and the intervention of psycho-education in treatment compliance among the schizophrenics in 2017. He has published several research papers in both international and local journals with interest in mental health, public health and community health.

He teaches a wide range of graduate courses including Motivation and Emotion, Learning Process, Abnormal Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychological Tests and Testing, Basic mathematics for Social Sciences. With various courses in Undergraduates and Post graduates.

A member of Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP), member American Psychological Association (APA).
