Professor FAGBUARO Omotayo is a highly motivated team player, resourceful hardworking, high energy level apt learner, with strong research background in Cytogenetics, Fish breeding and Genetics. His educational career was undertaken in Nigeria at the University level up to doctorate degree. The career path has led to specialization in fish breeding and genetics. His research effort has focused on the reduction of hereditary or environmentally induced deformities in fish species through selective breeding, hybridization and gene manipulations and also nutritional quality of some crab species. He has acquired twenty – six years of working experience as a Researcher and now a Professor in the Department of Zoology and Environmental Biology, Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. He is a former visiting Senior Lecturer to the Department of Biology, Federal University of Technology, Akure and a former visiting Professor to Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos.
